Hiring of accommodation for its Sub-Regional Office, Naroda
The Employees Provident Fund Organistaion a statutory body functioning under the Ministry of Labour, Government Of India is having its Regional Office at Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan, Nr Reserve Bank of India, Income Tax Circle, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad- 380014.
The Office requires accommodation of 8000 to 10,000/- Sq. Ft. on hiring basis for its Sub-Regional Office, Naroda. The accommodation should be located in any one of the following Areas :-

Naroda
- Naroda Road.
- Bapunagar
- Naroda-Narol Highway
- Hansol Area
- Thakkar BapaNagar.
The tender documents can be collected by the interested parties from the RPFC ( Adm ) as well as from the PRO of Sub-Regional Office, Naroda.
Desirous parties agreeing to the terms and conditions should submit their willingness in complete shape and in sealed cover to the RPFC ( Adm ) by 2-07-10 upto 2.00 PM .
The covers will be opened on the same day at 4.00 PM in presence of the respective bidders if present. The decision of the competent authority will be final and the office reserves the right to reject or cancel the bid without assigning any reasons thereof.
