Providing Air conditioning system i.e. Window AC, or Split AC or package or Centralized AC.
The Employees Provident Fund Organistaion a statutory body functioning under the Ministry of Labour, Government Of India is having its Regional Office at Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan, Nr Reserve Bank of India, Income Tax Circle, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad- 380014.
This office has Ground + 5 Floor having 2 blocks on each floor of approx 2116 Sq. Ft. ( Approx )
The Organisation is interested in execution of the following works :-
- The Air Conditioning System. The Air Conditioning may be Window AC and/ or Split AC or Package or Centralized AC system.The proposal is to be submitted alongwith detailed plan, feasibility report etc.
- Allied Electrical works in the office building due to provision of the above noted works.
The Govt./Semi Govt. Agencies can survey the office before 7-05-2010 between 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM on any working day.
Desirous Govt./Semi Govt. Agencies should submit their willingness in complete shape and in sealed cover to the undersigned by 7-05-2010 upto 2.00 PM alongwith the following information.
- Rate of Agency charges including field overheads.
- Confirmation of CVC guidelines, Govt. Of India Norms and procedure should be strictly followed in execution of the above work.
- Consent to sign the standard agreement of EPFO for the above said works.
The covers will be opened on the same day at 4.00 PM in presence of the respective bidders if present. The decision of the competant authority will be final and the office reserves the right to reject or cancel the bid without assigning any reasons thereof.
