Sealed Quotations are invited from experienced parties in the field of House keeping services with Financial background and with wide experience of various centres. The work of House keeping service will be at the above stated address.
The terms and conditions is as per the Annexure I & II .
The Sealed Quotations addressed to the RPFC ( ADM ) should be submitted on or before 18-11-2009 before 3.00 PM. The Quotations will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM in presence of the bidders if present. The Decision of the competent authority will be final and the office reserves the right to reject or cancel the contract without assigning any reason. The Quotations should be superscribed as ‘ QUOTATIONS FOR HOUSE KEEPING WORK ‘
