Sealed quotations are invited from the reputed agencies for providing Modular Furniture in the follwing offices of the EPF Organization.
- Employees P.F.Organisation, Regional Office, Bhavishyanidhi Bhawan,
Near New R.B.I, Income Tax Circle, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad- 380014
- Employees P.F.Organisation, Sub-Regional Office,
Panchayat Nagar Chowk , University Road, Rajkot.
Interested agencies may send their representative to Inspect the site. For any information the agencies may contact Shri A.H.Jotani, RPFC ( ADM ) ,Telephone No 079-27541429 during the office hours on any working day between 03.00 PM to 5.30 PM from 29-09-09 to 23-10-2009. The literature containing the Technical specifications conditions and Financial aspects along with the Drawings will be available from the office after payment of Rs. 5000/- ( Non Refundable )- in the form of DD/ Pay Order payble at Ahmedabad in favour of Regional P.F.Commissioner, Ahmedabad.
The Technical and Financial Bid with the terms and conditions be submitted in a separate sealed cover addressed to Regional P.F.Commissioner, Ahmedabad on or before
23-10-2009 by 3.00 PM. The quotations shall be opened in the presence of all bidders on the same day at 4.00 PM i.e. on
23-10-2009. They are requested to remain present. The decision of the competent authority shall be final and the office reserves the right to reject or cancel any Bid without assigning any reasons thereof.
The quotations should be sealed and super scribed with “ QUOTATIONS FOR PROVIDING MODULAR FURNITURE “ on cover by name to Shri A.H.Jotani, RPFC ( Adm )The items proposed to be supplied should be ISO certified/ of reputed brands as described in the literature being furnished.
