Sealed Quotations are invited from Government / Semi Government Agencies for providing Air conditioning system / Window AC/ Split AC/ in the office of the EPF Organisation, Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad.
Interested agencies may send their representative to Inspect the site and quote their rates for the above mentioned task and forward the same to the office in a sealed cover. For any information the agencies may contact Care Taker during the office hours on ay working day between 3:00 PM to 5.30 PM from 28-04-09 to 11-05-09.
Quotations with the terms and conditions in a sealed cover addressed to the Regional P.F.Commissioner, Ahmedabad should be submitted to the undersigned on or before 12-05-09 by 3:00 PM. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM. The decision of the competent authority shall be final. The quotations should be super scribed with “ QOTATIONS FOR PROVIDING WINDOW/ SPLIT AC/ AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM “ on cover.
