Sealed quotations are invited from interested parties who can provide a Tata Indigo and Maruti Swift Car on Hire basis in the Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan, Ashram road, Ahmedabad.
Interested agencies may quote their rates for the above mentioned task and forward the same to the office in a sealed cover. For any information the agencies may contact the Care Taker during the office hours on any working day between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM from 20-04-09 to 30-04-09.
Quotations with the terms and conditions in a sealed cover addressed to the Regional P.F. Commissioner, Ahmedabad should be submitted to the undersigned on or before 01-05-2009 by 3 : PM. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3: PM. The decision of the competent authority shall be final. The quotations should be super scribed with “ QUOTATIONS FOR PROVIDING CAR ON RENTAL BASIS “ on cover.
