Sealed quotations are invited from interested security agencies to providing security Guards for this office. At present 2 Nos of watchman and a Security guard ( from private agency ) are doing duties in the office and 3 nos of guards at the plot located near sola road, Naranpura , Ahmedabad. The time period of the contract is due to expire soon and so this office requires fresh quotations for providing security guards for performing duty given below :
- Security Guard for one shift duty in the office ( One Guard )
- Security Guard for parking arrangement in the office ( One Guard )
- Security Guard for the plot at Sola road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad 3 shifts ( 3 guards )
( Guards at Sr. No 1 & 2 are adjustable )
The applicants having experience of working in Defense would be given preference.
Quotations with the terms and conditions in a sealed cover addressed to the Regional P.F.Commissioner, Ahmedabad should be submitted to the undersigned on or before 28-04-2009 by 3 : PM. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3: PM. The contract agreement period shall be for one year with the agency for providing Security Guards. The decision of the competent authority shall be final. The quotations should be super scribed with “ QUOTATIONS FOR PROVIDING SECURITY SERVICES “ on cover.
