[Note: Equipment vendor must provide device drivers for all equipments to work under DOS/Unix/SCO Unix ware/SCO open server/Windows NT/2000 (server) operating systems].
The after sale support of the vendor will be given weightage in evaluating the offer. The rates for comprehensive AMC (including parts), shall be obtained in advance for a period of 5-6 years beyond the standard warranty period from the vendors and evaluation may take into consideration the total cost of ownership for a period of 5-8 years. The option shall be available for the organization to enter in AMC at the rates quoted on a year-to-year basis beyond the warranty period.
The sealed quotations may be forwarded on or
before 24/10/2008 which shall be opened at
3.00 p.m on 24/10/2008. The Employees’ Provident Fund Organization reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons.
Sealed envelopes should be marked “QUOTATION
FOR LINE MATRIX PRINTER” in bold letters and addressed to Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (Adm.IV/Store).
