Sealed Quotations are invited from interested parties having experience in the field of managing the EPABX System in office.
The Office is having a 56 + line EPABX System. It is proposed to give AMC for the year 2008-09 with effect from 15/09/2008 to 14/09/2009.
Interested parties may contact the Care Taker for inspecting the EPABX System during the office hours between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM from Monday to Friday between 02/09/08 to 11/09/08.
The quotation in sealed cover addressed to Regional PF Commissioner, Ahmedabad may be submitted to the undersigned on or before 12.00 PM by 11/09/2008. The cover may be superscribed as “Quotation for AMC of EPABX System”. The quotation will be opened on the same day at 4.00 PM.
