We are fully aware that the Accounts Statements for the year 2007-08 is over due. The interest for the year 2007-08 was decided only in the last week of July, 2008 and hence the delay. The work is in full swing and we are committed to dispatch all Form No.23 [Annual Statement of Accounts] before 31.12.2008.
Our website is being updated regularly and wherever accounts are prepared for 2007-08 it is immediately reflected in it. We assure that updated accounts upto 2007-08 of all the subscribers will be available immediately.
Let me also take the opportunity to request the establishments which have not so far forwarded the Form No.3A/6A [Annual Returns] for the year 2007-08 to do it immediately to facilitate the preparation of accounts. We propose to file prosecutions in respect of all establishments which fail to do so.
