To carry out the process of collection of members’s data, a facility has been provided to the Employers in the Employer Portal of the EPF Website where the employer would be able to download the data in excel format populated with the Member Id, Member Name and other data received by EPFO through ECR. The blank data fields are required to be filled up by the employer. An upload facility is provided to employer to upload the filled up data back to EPFO through the employer Portal.
The data submitted by the employer will be used in the Application Software for updation.
The employer is requested to update the data in consonance with the Annexure-II provided in the employer portal as soon as possible.
